• Setup and Connection Issues

• Application Issues
  1. When I click on an application, nothing happens or it wants me to open or save a file.

• Juniper Setup Service Installer - installs the Juniper Setup Service. This service allows users that are not administrators on their PCs to get the automatic updates of the Windows Secure Application Manager (WSAM) and Juniper Network Connect Client when an update occurs.
• Juniper Secure Application Manager - allows remote access to UPMC applications
• Citrix XenApp Web Client - allows the applications to run when you click on an icon in Connect@UPMC. Select a version below:

  • Mac Client
• Microsoft Security Essentials - free antivirus and firewall software that is compatible with Connect@UPMC
